What is SMS?

SMS (Short Message Service) is a highly effective communication tool that is being embraced all over the world. It involves sending brief text messages to mobile phones. The technology is currently available on all Australian GSM mobile phone networks and is soon to be available on other digital networks.

In order to make sure you know about urgent issues when they arise, HELPTiger offers you our highly configurable SMS Messaging System. Stay in touch with your clients requests and keep on top of your important issues no matter where you are*.

Our HELPTiger SMS system is highly configurable and easy to use;

• You nominate what "issue priorities" you wish to activate automatic SMS messaging for.
• You nominate which users, support or client, you wish SMS's to be sent to.
• You are also provided with a simple web interface to send individual SMS to support users, client users or any mobile numbers*.

Your HELPTiger site administrators can monitor SMS usage and obtain detailed reports to enable you to maximise the benefits to your organisation and ensure that you can choose a plan that suits your organisation's needs. We offer four plans, naturally, the more you use you SMS functionality, the less you pay per message. You can upgrade your plan at any time;

SMS 100
This plan is for lower use sites, and is offered as an upgrade for our HELPTiger Business Plan customers. This plan enables you to send up to 100 SMS messages per month through your HELPTiger site**

SMS 200
Corporate Plan Customers will benefit from the inclusion of our SMS 200 Plan which enables the transmission of 200 SMS messages per month through your HELPTiger Site**

SMS 500
Included in our Enterprise Plan, our SMS 500 enables 500 SMS messages per month to be sent through your HELPTiger Site**. Our SMS messaging rates offer great value and our simple web interface will enable your nominated employees to quickly send SMS messages to other staff and clients, saving you time and money!

SMS 1000
Intended for Power Users, our SMS 1000 plan offers the largest organisation the ability to keep in touch with their client, customer service or support staff quickly, cheaply and effectively. 1000 messages per month at great prices**!

**In all plans, SMS messages sent in any calendar month that exceed the limit in that plan will be charged an additional per message rate. Messages not used in any calendar month are not transferrable to another montly period.

HELPTiger Banner Advertising System

One of the big problems with banner advertising campaigns is finding the right place to put your banners so that your target market can be reached. HELPTiger solves that issue by allowing you to market directly to your customer base within your HELPTiger site in an unobtrusive fashion.

HELPTiger offers you the facility to upload and display banner adds to your clients when they use your HELPTiger application. So when your clients have completed their interaction with HELPTiger, give them somewhere to go, don't waste an opportunity! You can easily associate a "hyperlink" with each banner so that your clients can go directly to your web site for more information.

With the HELPTiger Banner Advertising System you can;

• Add (upload) any number of banners to your HELPTiger site.
• Associate each banner with a hyperlink to your nominated URL.
• Delete out of date or redundant banners.
• Track Banner Impressions and click throughs.

Bonus! You can also select one banner that will be displayed on a rotation basis with our other clients on our HELPTiger Home Page, subject of course to our approval with regards to suitability.
